"Great hotel in a great location. So many things to see that were within walking distance or a short subway ride. Free drink for happy hour was a nice touch and the self serve laundry worked out perfectly for us timing wise. Breakfast buffet is good and reasonably priced. Room was sound proof. We were across from the elevator and overlooked a busy street and heard nothing."

"Another fun property for my family. We were delightfully surprised at the coziness of the space. Had all the essentials we needed. The area itself is not too far from Shinsaibashi station but with that being said, a 20 minute walk is worth the sight of all the shops and stands along the way!"

But please be reminded that this is a 3 story building that with steep stairs, could be diffcult for families with heavy luggages and strollers.

"Hyatt staff was amazing. We arrived late at night after leaving another hotel that had fire. Hyatt is clean, bright and welcoming. The rooms may be small but they have utilized every inch to feel spacious. The bathroom was large. What was most helpful is the staff. We had a sick child and needed to get the medicaiton. Unfortunatley, it had been sent to Tokyo pharmacy. Natsumi was amazing whenI asked her how to call the pharmacy. Natsumi took over late at night and spoke to the pharmacy,...
