โรงแรมใกล้สวนสาธารณะเมอร์เร็ตต์, Jacksonville

"The outside of the hotel is deceiving; it wasn't as kept up and nice as the inside. The inside though, was wonderful! Super clean entry and room! Overall, will definitely stay/recommend visiting family to stay here!"

"My only issue I was given a late check out - thank you - and I was told that after 11am my card would no longer work - totally fine I left the room to put stuff in my car around 9am only to return to my room unable to get in. I don’t know the specifics but maybe allow key cards to work until the official time of check out, which, at that location, was 11am"

"Excellent stay!"

"Easily one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was immaculate and very spacious ( I had a king room ). The air worked great. Microwave, refrigerator and the shower was heaven after a long day. I would definatley stay here again."

"Great location, great helpful staff."

"Great Hotel"

"Everything went smoothly, check-in & Wi-Fi, the room was excellent and very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast very poor. It seemed totally unorganized, I had to look for the coffee area both coffee jug were empty one on the cereal containers was empty, bananas ran out along with the hard boiled eggs. A positive item they have Almond Milk which my must use. 👍"
