I don't like the fact we spend money for a room and the wifi or internet connection is horrible. As for as the staff here, Ariel and Tangy and 1 other staff are the most respectful people here. I believe they can do better.

I would like to say that I love the fact that the hotel is basically a community. A community that’s kid friendly and a kid safe zone. The staff is very attentive and assertive if need be. I like that they have security on the prioperty.

This hotel is really underrated. I was here for a long term stay (3-4 weeks) due to the new arrival of my grandbaby so i decided to make it a business trip aswell. Brandy was very helpful on the phone. Initially there was an older gentleman who seemed to be bothered by my questions but he answered them. However the shining star was Ariel her positive attitude and attention to detail was amazing. The rooms could use some updating but the pool was amazing. The pillows are very thin but we travel with our own so that was not an issue. There is a restaraunt onsite you can order food i recommend the chicken strips. Also a bar if you want to have a few drinks. The location was close to everyrhing i needed so it worked out perfect. I travel to Jacksonville 8-10 times a year so i am glad i gave this property a chance. The pool was amazing!

The room i was assigned to was horrible. Nothing in the room matched, and there was a horrible smell in the air. Maybe mildew or a old wet smell. As well, the amount of stains, on the fridge, bathroom tub, toilet, sink and walls made me cringe and i didnt feel safe using anything that was inside the room. I literally used the bathroom elsewhere to wipe down, brush my teeth, use the the toilet and change my clothing. It was very filthy looking inside and out and probably shold be torn down and rebuilt. Front desk lady 3rd shift and second shift were however very friendly. Didnt ask for any additional accommodations as i spent about 13 hours there. Most likely wont ever be a guest again and i do not recommend settling for this place if you can afford a bit more. My night consisted of sleeping at the edge of the bed which is really low to the floor wrapped in my own blacket and sheet!

The he bedspread was dirty where they tucked it around the pillow. I liked the full mattress covers. The bathroom was very bad. Needs remodeling. And I mean badly. I did enjoy the bathroom Great place. None of the drawers would stay shut on the neverending dresser. Floors needed mopped. I had my service dog and there were 2 pitbulls on the property unleashed. The people with the dogs were in the shadows and were hard to see until you were in front of them. It was very scary. I had a pit, she was a lovely girl, but I leashed her in public. Judy daying
