There was no pool or hot tub open nor breakfast as advertised on their outside sign. The tub has rust and hair still in the shower.

It was so bad we didnt stay. The room was hot, smelled funny, with a sketchy group of gentlemen drinking from a paper bag at the side entrance. There was no breakfast and the pool was closed according to the sign at the front desk.

A COMPLETE RIPOFF

This hotel is a COMPLETE ripoff! On their website it says they have hot breakfast AND a pool. When I got there they did not have either. The room was extremely hot and smelled bad. This hotel is more like a motel. If you’re looking for something cheap looking then this is the place. If you’re looking for a decent hotel at the least. Then this is NOT the place.

First room had mold all over the ceiling. Second room still smelled, but not as bad. Dead roach in the bath tub. Woke up at 5 am to screaming, door alarm, and a parking lot fight right outside our window.

Stay Somewhere Else

It was a crappy old Quality Inn. There wasn't even a sign for the hotel. They prominently display pictures of a very nice pool in the website, but when you get there there's a sign saying "Pool closed, no breakfast" When I asked for a late checkout, they wanted me to come down and give them $20 before checkout to get an extra hour. I said no thanks, and someone knocked on the door at exactly 11am to make sure we didn't stay an extra minute or two to pack up.

The photos online are not reflective of the property. This hotel is 4 years old and it has never been updated. There was old furniture sracked in the lobby that you had to walk around just to get to the desk. The attendant was extremely rude. We had to spray the room with lysol and air freshener because of the smell.

When turning on water for shower, it was brown! Mold in the bathroom, it was as clean as you can get it being an old hotel! Staff didn’t really care if you were comfortable or not. The TV remote was missing and they had no way of getting another one, baggage cart wouldn’t roll properly and last but most frustrating part was that they had no way of printing a receipt for me.

SMELLS HORRIBLE, CLOSE THIS LOCATION

No signage, no one in the lobby upon entering. Sign on front desk reads pool closed , no breakfast. Had to wait 10 min for an employee to show up. Desk guy said no smoking property but the hotel reaked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Wanted a cash deposit of $50 but no receipt was given. Hotel was hottt. Took 2-3 hours just to cool rooms off. 1st room checkin smell horrible, very hot, room & hallways smelled of smoke. Bed was full of hair and sheets had stains and cigarette burn marks. Went to front desk to change rooms, 3rd floor room given - hallways dirty, smelled of fresh smoke. new room was completely hot and took 3 hours with window open and air on lowest setting to cool off to bearable temperature. shower drain was clogged as tub filled up from a 10 min shower. Check out was a breeze when desk guy showed up- handed me back the deposit with same cash given. Will not stay here again.

When we checked into our room it was dirty. Cups were left in the sink,the floor had not been mopped,stains on the couch,and the living room table had sticky stains and hair on it. If you are bringing a device to hook up HDMI on the tv it may not work. However,front desk staff was nice, always present and went over all amenities.

Totally Nasty

This hotel should be put out of business the rooms are very disgusting. I found old urine in the toilet, uneven floors through out the room, smoke detector pulled out of ceiling, no plate in microwave, smoked room, broken toilet seats in both rooms, food on walls. I was to scared to sleep in the bed. The owner got very nasty with me he told me to leave call the police if it wanted to just get out until I told him I will exspose the pictures if we didn't get our money back so my advise don't use this hotel they are not clean at all. Enter at your own risk.
This is in my brothers room look at the wall there's also food on it and broken toilet seat the tub rusted as well
My room no smoke alarm and room stinked of smoke for a non smoking hotel they said.
My room throwed together dresser. I really don't know what that is.
My room urine in toilet looked like it was there two months and broken seat nasty floors.

When you arrived to hotel normally the AC is already on. The AC wasn’t on we didn’t realize it at first because we walked in dropped bags off and left straight out and hit the city Memphis in May month. Came back at late and turned AC on and my bf went to sleep and he was woke up choking and shortly after I had asthma attack and he threw up in toilet then it wouldn’t flush, then went to get water out the fridge and it was hot and all my food spoiled. Fridge didn’t work

We enjoyed this property very much!!! The only thing that would have made it better was if the hot tub was open and if they had free breakfast. The room was very nice and I love the layout with the living space separate from the sleeping area.

I honestly wouldn’t know how the actual facilities were cause I couldn’t stay. Hotels.com allowed me to book this hotel even though the hotel had been booked up through Memorial Day weekend since the previous week. The receptionist was not very nice either

Won’t stay again

Room was not very clean. Smelled of mold and mildew. They require a $50 deposit that has to be cash. When I went to get my deposit back the next morning they never even checked my room before giving it back to me.
