"Great location, Clean room, Nice staff"

"The rooms were spacious and clean. The workers were very helpful with answering any questions I had. Breakfast was great with many different options. Location was perfectly central to all the major Almaty touristy spots. Overall, great hotel"

"View is breathtaking"

"Great breakfast .. great variety .. menu offerings differed daily, while breakfast staples were always available, arranged airport shuttle to airport, helpful front desk, spacious room .. very comfortable"

"Delightful experience at Kazzhol. The room is spacious and even comes with 2 beautiful bathrooms, a terrace and our own treadmill! Location is convenient with money exchange, shops, restaurants, parks, sightseeing places within walking distance. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, they answered our long list of inquiries. This hotel is so much better in person. One...

"Very clean hotel with helpful staff. Restaurant menu options were limited, but the food was good."
