Their breakfast was so great and all other restaurants and shopping places are nearby the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff are very friendly. Overall, everything was great. It was nice to stay.

great location and value

I needed to be close to KazNU and this was walking distance. It faces a nice open area next to great walking park. Food and mall close by. It has the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen, including an omelette station. Friendly helpful staff. Second time I stayed here and will stay here in future visits.

Ok place to stay, although the age of the hotel can be seen. As in most hotels in Kazakhstan, keeping the breakfast warm is big challenge. Location is nice.

I was expecting the Best Western Plus brand kind of facilities, but it was a Kazakh build hotel acquired by the brand. The room's equipment was heavy-old. However, the overall impression of the stay was OK and comfortable. The location was a bit out of the way from major spots.

Останавливался в этой гостинице на 2 ночи. Есть замечание к housekeeping: на одной из четырех подушек не поменяли наволочку после предыдущего гостя - был запах парфюма. Замена всех наволочек должна быть по умолчанию, даже если подушка выглядит нетронутой. В остальном все понравилось, номера чистые, простенькие, но вполне удобные, персонал отзывчивый.
