"Room was clean and updated, staff was great 5 stars all around."

"I loved having a large space with comfortable furniture, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. The parking felt secure in a garage below the building. The frequent messages regarding check in, check out, parking made the experience stress free and easy. Suggestions for restaurants and things to do were an added bonus. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again."

"Friendly staff. Spacious rooms"

"did not get top floor as requested. was next to one room that sounded like they were bowling most of the night. walking conferences from the elevator past my room. another room apparently had a big dog barking. room above mine apparently had a marching band practice again"

"Staff was pleasant and friendly"

"Lovely hotel however when I went to order room service off of the late night menu I was informed that they had no one to “run” the food items. Unfortunately by that time it was late and I didn’t want to go out so I had to go to bed hungry. Other than this minor hiccup, the hotel has an old majesty quality to it."

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Memphis safe and surrounded by restaurants and interesting things they have a restaurants of their own the food is good but wait time is a bit long for food. Overall awesome stay very comfortable and great staff especially the young lady at the restaurant. Parking is great with valet parking available. I would stay again."

"Tabitha and Tammy at the front desk are wonderful! The breakfast was great! We always stay here on our trips to the Gulf Coast!"

"Clean and priced well."

"It was a nice and clean room. The hotel staff were nice and the whole environment was great."
