"did not get top floor as requested. was next to one room that sounded like they were bowling most of the night. walking conferences from the elevator past my room. another room apparently had a big dog barking. room above mine apparently had a marching band practice again"

"Clean and priced well."

"Tabitha and Tammy at the front desk are wonderful! The breakfast was great! We always stay here on our trips to the Gulf Coast!"

"Breakfast was good"

"wouldn't recommend for a single female solo traveler... felt like a pretty sketchy neighbourhood. the doors open right onto the street and there's only one small lock to make you feel safe. smoky/mold smell in room. didn't sleep well. killed a big spider lol. A/C works well. parking was fine. great location close to downtown Memphis, which was why I chose this. next time i would go with something a little safer."

"Check-in was friendly and helpful. WiFi was very slow. The room’s carpet looked dirty, but we were tired and didn’t feel like asking for a different room, so I just kept my socks on instead of going barefoot. In the morning, I saw some lint on the bath mat, so I shook it out over the tub and a bug came out and went down the drain. Yuck! The blow dryer only blew cold air. The breakfast was a good spread, but it ran out of some items before the end of the breakfast time and they weren’t replaced....

"Staff was nice but the room needed a lot of cleaning. There was a big bug smashed on the back of the door, the sheets were not cleaned, literally brown spots & it was a smoke smell entering the room. I thought it would have been better due to the ratings but you get what you pay for :("

"The hotel is in a completely sketchy area with sketchy characters loitering around. Avoid this area."

"I have pictures! Filthy carpet, mold on bathroom tiles, hole in wall in bathroom stuffed with toilet pater. Showed water leak from room above in bathroom. Everything shockingly bad. Power went out at 11:30 pm. Asked for refund, said I must contact Expedia. Bought insurance, will be claiming to get $ back. Can’t believe it was a Wyndham!!!!!!!"

"The property had roaches and a lot of drug activity"

"Muy buen espacio en mas habitaciones"

"Room was clean and updated, staff was great 5 stars all around."

"Friendly staff. Spacious rooms"
