We were super surprised at how nice this was. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn down the street. Frankly ,we are tired of paying parking fees. La Quinta had free parking.
We brought our E bikes and felt safe leaving in them in the SUV as the parking lot was well lit.

Room spacious and bed comfortable , gym very good especially temperature , breakfast good but would have liked plain oatmeal available and a variety of hot food not the same each day. Front desk staff very pleasant .

This hotel is great! It is convenient to downtown Memphis, especially the Fed Ex Center and Beale Street. It is very quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping cleans the room every day. Breakfast is decent—waffles, toast, oatmeal, cereal and sausage and eggs. It is a great place to say when visiting downtown Memphis..
