"The check in process was less than ideal. They had one gentleman checking in a line of guests. It took us about 30 mins to get checked in and he forgot to give us the towel cards. When my husband went back for the towel cards, an employee. Was not willing to give him the cards without him waiting in line (after we just waited 30 mins). "The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. "We were pleasantly surprised! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and it was steps away from a wonderful sandy beach! The hotel provided beach towels, beach chairs and even had a drying rack on the lanai to try our swimsuits and towels. To rooms were clean and there was air conditioning!!! The only downside... there was bath soap, shampoo and conditioner but no little amenities like shower caps and moisturizers but everything else made up for it. Would definitely go here again!!!...

"The screen doors were torn and off track. The curtains didn’t close all the way. The spa was too expensive. The staff was fantastic! Especially Hunter, Kai, and the two young ladies that gave us wonderful rides on the golf carts. The yoga class was excellent. The air conditioning needed to be cooler as needed, and the bathrooms were WAY too hot. The lady that checked us in and out was great! The pool and hot tub were wonderful."

"Beautiful place! Beautiful view (ocean side). Be aware that "partial view" of the ocean is pretty partial as buildings are between you and the beach, but you have a nice pie slice of ocean and a great view of sunsets over Molokai. Grounds are lovely and the pool is clean. Island Vibes Cafe next door is a treasure. Enjoy your visit!"
