"Resort hotel overall was good. The food choices kinda basic for lunch / dinner same menu (mai tai, Cliff dive) boring . The tepan dinner was good but expensive. Breakfast at Upena was ridiculous, basic buffet for $47 per person. Good thing the Whalers village (shops, restaurant options) close enough to walk on street on nice beach walk. That was good."

"Room was spacious and bright. There were 3 things that were minor but left us a little disappointed. No hand towel in the kitchen, so we went through many paper towels during the week. No washcloths or bathmat in the bathroom. Then, we noticed after walking around the unit to unpack, that tge bottoms of our feet got dirty. The floors were nice and shiny, but that doesn't mean that they are clean."
