"The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and nice. We used the shuttle service for trips to restaurants and shopping, which allowed us to not have to worry about finding parking."

"On arrival, the room was FULL of dead bugs everywhere. Hundreds. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Kitchen sink had sticky red substance on it. Kitchen counters had dusty layer. Microwave readout didn't work so you had no idea of cooking time. No way to set it. Dryer did not work. When I contacted the company that managed it and told them about all the dead bugs and the rest of the unclean issues, they assured me they would have someone out to deep clean first thing in the morning. Didn't happen....

"Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there....

"The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around. Only Cons...

"Pros: The beach is gorgeous and just a step from the hotel. The hotel is clean and the people are nice. Cons: The room need to be upgraded. It's a bit outdated, the drawers seems been used for many years. The top on my list is the resort fee charged $45.00/day plus parking fee $40.00, on top of these daily fees, they taxed it - I think almost 4 type of taxes. Wow, pushing tourist away."

"Staff was amazing and nice! The GM is a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan. The property is beautiful and is a perfect walking distance for anything Kīhei/Wailea. Great TV channels as well. There are cute roosters, lizards and birds everywhere. Will be staying here again for sure! "
