Perfect location to visit the castle and a wonderful view of it from our room. Clean, large and well kept room, with a very useful laundry machine in our room. Perfect for a long trip when you need a refresh.

Fantastic property. Centrally located and close to station. Comfortable room with helpful and professional staff. I suggest including the breakfast as it is delicious and located in an old bank building. I highly recommend this place!

This hotel was excellent value for money. Our room was VERY spacious relative to other places we stayed in Tokyo/Osaka etc., and the amenities were high quality. We could see mountains out of one window and Matsumoto Castle out of the other, and it was a very easy walk to the Castle and many restaurants. It was a slightly longer walk to the train station and Matsumoto Art Museum, but it would be just as easy to get a taxi (or I assume a bus!). Really lovely place with staff that were extremely lovely and helpful - e.g. we were so grateful that they filled in our luggage forwarding cards for us!
