This was a great place to stay for 2 nights in Matsumoto. The twin rooms are great. The standard double is tight but still super clean & comfy. Great location, staff are wonderful.

The staff are very helpful and nice. The hotel is not new but functioning well, the location is convenient. However, the air conditioner/heating can’t be controlled by me. When the room is hot and I tried to open the window, there are many insects coming in, so I have to choose between hot and insects. That is the worst part.

快適でした

車で行ったので駐車場料金700円を支払いました。2階では何やらパーティーが開催されており夕方は賑やかな様子でした。大浴場がないのが少し残念ですがお部屋は広く快適に過ごせました。フロントの方達はみなさん気持ちの良い応対をされていました。駅のすぐ近くなので飲食店には困らないです。総じて満足のいくホテルでした。

駅近の立派なホテル

松本駅西口（アルプス口）からすぐの所にあり、結婚披露宴、宴会、会議などもできる立派なホテルです。 北アルプスがとても綺麗に見えます。 フロント係の方は笑顔で接客が素晴らしく、チェックイン前の荷物預かりも快くして頂き、観光に便利でした。 お部屋はシングル広めで清潔、ベッドも快適でよく眠れました。 3Fだったので北アルプスは少し見えた程度でしたが、上層階からはよく見えると思います。 浴室も清掃が行き届いて綺麗でしたが少し臭いが気になりました。 シャンプー類がポーラでとても良かったのですが、置き場所が浴槽から少し遠く感じました。 シャワーの水圧が少し調節しづらかった感じがありました。 お部屋には必要最低限の歯ブラシセット、シャワーキャップ、カミソリ、クシがあり環境に配慮していると思いました。 食事は付けなかったのですが、1Fのレストランは人気があるようで駐車場が満車でした。 繁華街とは逆の出口にありますが、駅近なので便利で隣にあるおやきのお店のおやきがとても美味しかったのが良かったです。 駅近なのに夜も静かだし、お薦めです。
