It is a very busy hotel and they checked us in right away and gave me a free upgrade. I had reserved a twin room but they gave us a large bed which wasn't what I had wanted. But we made it work. The room was large, clean, and there was plenty of tea bags. This may be more of a complaint about hotel ...
