"Room was modern and decorated beautifully, this was my second time staying here and will definitely be returning. The room and building was clean and extremely quiet. The hotel is just around the corner from Euston station and Warren Street. There were shops about 1 minute away and suitcase storage as you can’t check in until 2:30/3pm. You will receive emails and a text on how to check in/check out. Thank you for another lovely stay."

"I absolutely loved this hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations. There are so many lovely details in the rooms, especially the floor heating in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The gym and spa are wonderful. For a hotel, the gym is really 10 out of 10. My only regret is that I did not have more time but will definitely come back."

"Beautiful hotel, fabulous location and lovely staff. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Lovely staff. Fabulous food and cocktails. Decor is great. This was my 3rd visit. I love the location for shopping and the cozy environment. I will be back next year!"

"Location is good and staff is very helpful with great service."

Room was super noisy from 7 am till late night. Faces a street where restaurants, pubs and early morning delivery trucks are constant. The crazy thing about this hotel is that I was “told” at checkout that there would be a charge of 80 GBP on my VISA. When I questioned it, I was told it represents 5% of my bill “for the staff”. After I...

"We were greeted very pleasantly and efficiently, and told that we had been upgraded to an executive room. The room and bathroom were lovely. The hotel was well positioned and we enjoyed our stay. We did not use any other facilities or eat in the hotel. Breakfast was, in our opinion too expensive."
