"Rooms are big and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Mae helped us check-in. We did not request ahead of time for connecting rooms. However, she was willing to look in the system and got us connecting rooms! It made our stay so much more pleasant and convenient. "Have stayed at this hotel many times. When the cost is competitive (often on week-ends) it ends up being very suitable for our needs. This time we stayed in their newly furbished wing with it's own entrance. Amazingly spacious room, wonderful comfortable kingsize bed, grea spacious bathroom with an excellent shower. Quiet. sound proofed. Good air conditioning. Complimentary drinks provided a treat of an aperitif. All all excellent ... a really enjoyable stay. "
"My wife and I stayed in a studio flat for 4 nights. The flat was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and we cooked our breakfasts at the kitchenette. Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions, and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout for a few hours, which we appreciated. Our room faced the street, and the traffic could be a bit noisy, with loud exhausts and at times sirens, but we were tired and slept well anyway.

"One of the nicest Hotels and one of the best parts of London we've ever stayed in. We would definitely stay here again. The Hotel and rooms were spotless, clean and fresh. The Hotel and Bar staff were wonderful, very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We left feeling very relaxed and happy. 10/10"
