This property is located on a quiet street near the beautiful and centrally located Russell Square. It is a long-ish walk or short ride away via public transportation from all of London’s attractions. The apartment was on the small side but clean and lovely with a kitchenette, access to laundry facilities (yay!), and many nice restaurants close by. Really it had everything a traveler needs for a perfect visit to this city! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay and, responded to messages promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, well-located studio. Communication was perfect, very friendly. The studios are small, but have everything you need. The windows/curtains block out street noise nicely. It's right around the corner from the British Museum and the Brunswick shopping and restaurant area as well. Would definitely book again. The studios do get quite hot (we stayed on sunny spring days) but it does have airco and you can open windows.

This hotel has been recently updated with modern appliances and a high-tech feel. The room is spacious by central London standards. Although our room was on the -1 level, we could barely hear the Tube, even at night. There is no front desk, but management responded promptly to our requests via email. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the British Museum and the Russell Square Tube station. We visited in April and found it to be an excellent value for a short stay in London.

They were very accommodating by storing our luggage upon our early arrival, and getting into the room early. It was a great place, clean, safe, secure, and a very convenient location. With modern updated bathroom. HOWEVER, the room was in the basement and you will hear the low rumble of the Picadilly tube line- Which was something we never expected!

Clean room, response time was quick, easy access, close to underground, many restaurants close and a great pub right around the corner. Room was much smaller than expected, but we were hardly in the room. Too much to see in London. Would recommend staying here.

The location was ideal for us and you can walk to most West End theatres within half an hour. It was very nicely furnished, well equipped and beautifully quiet. Would probably make this my first choice every London trip from now on.

I am not big on apartment hotels, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised with this property. The space in the room was great; the cleanliness of the room and the entire property was excellent. It was conveniently located near the Russel Square station that allowed us to get all our sighting seeing spots very easily. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. I had to make additional arrangements, and the customer service and response was above and beyond. We are very happy with our stay.

Stayed at Cleveland Residences for one night as it’s very close to our daughter’s university. Flawless communications, super clean, comfortable , upscale flats, good nearby food options, and 2-3 minutes to Russell Square underground station.
