"The hotel is very well located to the train station and all that the city offers. The staff could not have been more helpful. The bar was ok, just not that much room. The air conditioning worked really well, and the room was very comfortable and quiet"

"What was great 1. Excellent location, just 5 mins walk from Innsbruck Central station. 2. Very kind and helpful staff. At the reception, with the luggage and at the restaurant. All staff we interacted with. Special callout to Maria at the reception. 3. Close to the touristy part of Innsbruck. Tyrol Musuem, Golden Rood, Hofburg, Hofgarten, Nordkettenbahn etc. Hotel provides you card for local transportation in case you prefer using the public transport instead of walking. 4. Amazing view from the room. They have a lot of rooms offering such amazing views I believe. Minor issue 1. Our room was not as clean as we would have liked. The floor. So we used in-room slippers throughout, avoided being barefoot in the room. Because we were staying only for a couple of days and wanted to be out and about, we did not bother complaining about this. I am sure they would have gotten the room cleaned or shifted us to another room had we raised this issue."

"Excellent place to stay in Innsbruck. The staff are wonderful, the bar and breakfast area are great. The rooftop patio has amazing views of the mountains in all directions. Very close to the old city and a short walk from the train station."

"Pleasant stay at Hotel Tyrolis. The property is well maintained and offers a comfortable experience. The staff were friendly, responsive, and available 24/7, while the breakfast was excellent with a wonderful host who made mornings especially enjoyable. The location is convenient, with a bus stop nearby, ample parking, and beautiful views—though the lower-floor rooms have slightly obstructed scenery. The only area for improvement would be more frequent maintenance checks. During our stay, the bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Aside from that, it was a very enjoyable stay and a hotel I would happily recommend."

"The roof bar offered a wonderful view of the mountains. The room was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed The Innsbruck Welcome Card which came as part of our two night stay. Quirky, almost brutalist interior architecture, with glass rooms within the inner 'courtyard' to enjoy the vibe (although the automatic glass door wouldn't re-open for us and we had to phone reception to let us out!)"
