I had a great stay. Rooms were spacious, remodeled and clean. Breakfast was truly outstanding, and the location couldn’t be better, we went to the Christmas markets and loved the experience. Parking was a bit difficult to figure out but overall we would stay there again.

We stayed here with a family of 4 over new years eve. Location is brilliant with a very short walk over the river to the Old Town. Hotel staff were really fantastic and accommodating. Rooms were clean and serviced and the breakfast each day was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Very convenient and beautiful location. Just 15 min walks from the train station, 10 min to the centre, bars and restaurant. The single room on the 5 floor was big for one person. It had everything I needed and was very clean, quiet and very warm. The staff was very helpful, always ready to help with any questions I had. The breakfast had lots of options even for me that I am dairy intolerant. A bit pricy for a single room

Great location with easy walking access to Aldstadt. Despite the proximity to the road the room was totally silent thanks to the triple glazed windows. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable. The building itself is beautiful and old but with modern comforts. Spent a lovely couple of nights in the hotel bar which is really cosy Special thanks to the reception staff who couldn't have been more helpful, thanks to them we had a fantastic couple of days up the mountains with our welcome cards giving us free travel. Patrick in particular was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely return!

Hotel Mondschein was perfect for our stay in Innsbruck; it's location couldn't have been better for strolling to the Old Town as well as getting to terminals for buses and trams. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (especially Elisa) and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast taken in the charming room overlooking the river, was excellent with a good selection and delicious fresh breads and pastries. Very good value for money and a terrific find.

The hotel was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. Great coffee. The room was warm, comfortable, and soundproof. I had a view of the mountains and the night sky. The staff were warm and helpful. Special appreciation and shout out to Patrick. He helped me get orientated to Innsbruck, use the public transportation and arrange my train trip back. Our room was wonderful. We looked out over the river towards old town. Even though we were directly above a busy road, we did not hear it due to the high quality windows. It was easy to walk to Innsbruck Old Town and enjoy a beer. Behind the hotel is an excellent pizzeria. Their pizza is the best. Parking was easy, and the breakfast was delicious. We will stay here again.

This hotel was the PERFECT location for exploring Innsbruck. The scenery was stunning with the mountains behind, plenty of restaurants across the street and bridge, the Golden Roof across the bridge, and plenty of shopping, groceries, and ice cream! And buses. The staff were phenomenal. The lady in the breakfast dining room who seated us was an absolute jewel. There is nothing but wonderful things about this hotel.

This hotel was a favorite on our trip through Austria. We had beautiful views of the river and town. Everything we wanted to do in Innsbruck was an easy walk. The room was air conditioned, the beds were comfortable, WiFi worked great, breakfast was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful.
