The location is incredible . Everything is walkable . The room was very comfortable and quiet . The staff very welcoming . I had booked 3 nights and the hotel provided me a 3 day card good for buses, trams and local trains as well as discounts off of attractions . They also have their own restaurant.

The hotel was amazing. Perfect location for the Christkindlmarkt. The next morning after having multiple beers, red wines, etc. some in the group needed special attending to. Katarina, a beautiful lady, made it a point to create a soup that was healing and warm. I would definitely stay here again.

Room cleaned daily, staff pleasant at check-in, beautiful ancient building with remodeled yet antique looking bedrooms, we needed laundry service and it was quite expensive (over $50 for several pairs of pants and shirts), loved the restaurant on site, one of the waiters who had been with Adlers for years was helpful, pleasant, smiling and a pleasure to meet. Food was delicious - definitely recommend venison stew. We did ask for shampoo twice and it wasn't delivered from the front desk. Chirstmas market was right outside the door and the area around the hotel looked magical.

The hotel was in a great location being right in the center of the Old Town. Our room was small but well equipped and laid out. The only knock on the room would be the carpet as it seen better days, but I'm still giving the hotel 5 stars because it was a very nice place to stay being close to everything, and the staff were great.
