Great stay on the way to Italy

Lovely hotel with very nice pool. We stayed for 1 night before driving south to Italy. Parking, pool and charger available. The supply in the 2 rooms were a bit random, 2 glasses in one room, but none in the other room. Only one rope in one of the rooms, but 2 in the other. Only tee and no coffee in either rooms.

Exceptional Stay – Truly World-Class Experience I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The property itself is stunning – elegant, beautifully maintained, and with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was nothing short of world-class; every staff member was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The food was incredible – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making every meal a real delight. Recommendable place to stay

Good hotel with super friendly staff. Great breakfast! I travelled with my dog and cat and also pets very welcome to stay. Also nice spa area with good saunas. Definitely will book a room again if I travel to the area in the future.

Highly recommend! Beautiful location

The view of the mountains was absolutely magnificent! The staff was very helpful. Easy check-in process. It was perfect for our family of 5. There is a grocery store within a 10 min walk. We loved our stay here! The area was great for outdoor activities like paragliding and hiking.

The views are beautiful!

The views at this hotel are exceptional. Our beds were comfy and we loved the sauna. The restaurant was closed so we were sad about that, but I don’t think it was quite their busy season yet. We loved having coffee on our porch and the views were so very memorable.

Best stay near Innsubruk

If you have car, its the best place to stay near Innsbruk. Rooms are big. Great view and weather. Spa and Sauna are just added star. All the staffs are very kind and helpful. Definitely 5 stars.

Amazing experience

Hostess was very polite and service was perfect. Everything was clean. Pool and Sauna were available all day. Ski rental and slopes were just next by. Totally recommend!

Only thing I didn't like was the parking and some cobwebs in my room. That was a mess. That's the only bad part though. Workers were nice, room was nice(other than the cobwebs in bathroom), breakfast was good. The pool had a good temperature and I had a relaxing time in it. They gave you nice bath robes to wear. Also by far my favorite part: Check out it at 1130!! I would stay again for that fact alone

Great quiet family stay. Spa was nice but needed a little care in places but was still very enjoyable experience. We had a penthouse room which was lovely, excellent views and a private huge patio. There were things like a TV but we never even switched them on. Parking was generally a breeze and very accessible. The kids stayed on a sofa bed which looked comfortable (obviously a premium sofabed) for kids, but as it is a sofa bed, so as adult i wouldn't want to have slept on it. Overall a wonderful stay which I hope to come again. The skiing locally was great dor a young family on their first/second season ski school integrated on the main slopes. But was nothing challenging fora more experienced skier.

The hotel room was a little different being on two floors with the bed up some steep stairs with the bathroom below so not so good for getting out at night. The room was a good size. Staff were generally OK but a bit hostile when we arrived early but we could leave our luggage and then went to visit friends nearby. There was a problem at checkout when they tried to charge for the room again which was previously paid to Expedia but that issue was easily resolved.

Dont stay in the penthouse!!! We booked a penthouse for three people via Expedia, with over 75 m², two beds and a sofa bed, separate bedrooms, soundproofing, daily cleaning, and a surprise for my sister’s birthday. Upon arrival, the hotel thought we were only two guests. A staff member was sent to prepare the sofa bed for the third person. The room was much smaller than described: one bedroom, one sofa bed, and no separate rooms. The staff member acknowledged something was wrong and attempted to move us to another room, but it was already occupied. What we got looked more like a studio than a penthouse. The balcony was almost the same size as the room and shared with two other rooms – far from private. The walls were thin; we could hear the neighbors clearly. No cleaning was done during our three-day stay, and the promised birthday surprise was never delivered. At the reception, we received no understanding. They insisted this was the correct room. When we expressed dissatisfaction, they told us (at 10:00 PM) we could leave and find another hotel ourselves. No effort was made to find a solution. The stay was disappointing, and the communication was poor. We did not receive what was promised. Even worse, Expedia has taken no action regarding our complaint. The listing is misleading, and what we got was definitely not a penthouse. This damages trust in both the hotel and the booking platform. only the view was amazing
