"this property is absolutely gorgeous. the rooms are very pretty and modern. the bed is so comfy. what really made my stay over the top is the staff and particularly the customer service manager Pedro. he took us on a free walking tour (included if you stay at the hotel) and told us incredible stories about the history and informative facts about Lisbon. he is incredibly personable and kind. he got to know everyone in the group and even knew our names. he gave us a ton of recs for lisbon and lagos in the algarve. truly the highlight of the hotel! all the staff was very kind and the cappuccino at breakfast was delicious. another huge pro for me in the hotel was the AC- air conditioning. i am from the US and the AC in this room really lived up to what i wanted. 10/10 recommend! the location is also amazing. a walk uphill to the bairro alto area but flat and easy to get to the river and pink street. lots of trams nearby. so many good restaurants and shops."
