I knew I was booking budget friendly accommodations, so I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience, but the most challenging thing about my stay was that the window shutter wouldn't close because I think it is broken (room 206) and the street noise below was quite loud (especially the metal plate clunking when cars drove by) I requested a room change, but the front desk staff was not helpful. All the other aspects of the stay were fine, but you should get the window shutter fixed, and see if there's something that can be done about that metal plate on the road that cars drive over throughout the night.
