The hotel itself is very clean with comfortable beds. We were surprised that the pool was a wading pool not a swimming pool which we had hoped for. The staff was wonderful! They were helpful and friendly. Many great restaurants close by.and in the historical area.

Front desk staff were excellent! Checked us in early! Breakfast was so good for a hotel included breakfast. Rooms are small but so clean! Location is great...within walking distance of everything including cruise port. Only con was finding the hotel. It is down a side street that Uber can't go down.

This was a charming spot. Very helpful staff. The room was very squatty for a family of 4 but we made do for one night. Our kids took the good bed upstairs (jerks) so we had to sleep on the sofa bed downstairs.

I like the nearest points of interest in Alfama. For cruisers, it's just a few steps away from the port. The rooms are small, basic, but clean. The staff is helpful with any inquiry you need. Breakfast is basic. They don't serve a Portuguese meal. It just caters to the Western style of eggs, bacon, and sausages. The Balcony view, you will see the terrace square of the hotel.
