"Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...

As far as location the hotel is next to cafes, restaurants, shopping and the harbor and yet very quiet. I would definitely stay again."

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. Smoked fresh pork, eggs served as preferred, many freshly made pastries, spinach or mushroom pies, several types of yogurts, many selections of cheeses, espresso or cappuccinos, freshly made breads, fruits, homemade pies, brownies, salad, cereals, teas, nuts, nut butters and more! The staff are so friendly and helpful. When I arrived my wallet had been stolen. The front desk was immensely helpful and supportive. The ocean view was magnificent!...

"Amaxing place to stay. We had the family suite which is two rooms with an interconnceting door. Both rooms are beautiful, but the front room with the balcony overlooking the harbour is amazing. Locaton could not be better - you are minutes away from so many amazing restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are beautifully furnished with top quality towels and toiletries and all so well designed. Nespresso machine and mini fridge too."

"The space was all I needed. The location was in the heart of the car free old town area. More the enough shopping and restaurants were extremely close by. I took the bus from the Chania airport and walked maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Incredibly convenient location and easy to access."
