"We went to the front desk only to note that there was no front desk agent, only a security guard. He escorted us to our room. The room still had trash in the bathroom trashcan. The toilet seat was dirty and it was apparent. The bed sheets had stains. We told him and he indicated that they did not have much availability. We told him to contact a manager and he did. They gave us another room that had broken bathroom tiles and some that were missing and placed in the shower bench. The conditions...

"Villas were too far away to be comfortably walkable to common areas. Transport via golf cart should have been provided."

"The location is really good. Close to many restaurants in Simpson Bay. The shower was not working 100%. Tooking a lot of time to get hot and when it was hot, it was too hot. But it was good overall. And theres good market in the first floor."

"Room was a good size. Lived the balcony and murphy beds. Everything was clean. Staff not overly helpful or friendly. Hotel gym was a huge disappointment, old and they charged you to use it."

"Love love love the rooms thats literally on the sand and hearing the waves first thing in the morning and going to bed. Love the staff at the front desk Sandy and Carol, Martin the bartender and Medgi who handles the beach area.Thank you for the most amazing time."

"The view from the room was great looking out on mullet bay. The room was clean. The staff was not helpful if anything went wrong i had to go to the other tower. The arrangement for floor i was on was managed by different people. I worked with the arrangement and everything went well after that. Breakfast was great. Kitchen was ok but you better be ready to do a little shopping. Housekeeping was there when you needed anything."
