"Paulina and Jeremy were the most gracious hosts. They were always available for any requests or questions we had and we had a lot. The rooms were cozy and beautiful designed. Orient Bay Beach and Village was an 8 minute walk. There are many restaurants to choose from. Kontiki Beach Bar offered free beach chairs for hotel guests of Pomme de Cannelle. My only suggestion would be more space for clothes and toiletries. But overall an excellent experience, felt like I was staying at a friends...

"My girlfriend and I had an amazing time for her birthday trip. The property was beautiful. The space was super clean and spacious. We rarely saw anyone else but everyday upon returning from our excursions, we would notice they would clean up and change the sheets and towels daily. Parking was super convenient right in front as well as the check in process. There was even an ashtray on the property for smoking in designated areas which I found useful lol. Alicia's Inn is perfectly located, not only for those who want to be in town but conveniently (very) close to the "dollar busses" which can take you to places like the airport, Marigot and French Quarter. "The place was clean. It would be good to have instructions to washer/dryer easier to follow. We needed help with the safe. Called a few times. No one ever came. So we had to carry our documents with us everywhere we went."

"Arrived at night and the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but, upon getting checked in and hearing the sound of the water, everything was all good. Room was very nice. We had room #7 and you stepped out of the door and you were literally like 10 feet away from the beach - couldn't have been happier. Nice high ceiling with a ceiling fan. Fridge and two burners to cook if you needed/wanted to and also a microwave. Great location - a 10 minute walk to so many different restaurants and bars...

"While this was a beautiful hotel with infinite pool, the French customer service is bad. House keeping keeps your room cleaned everyday. This hotel only have one restaurant so you can only eat twice breakfast with is buffet and then dinner. If you're a person who likes to stay at the hotel during vacation I recommend you find a hotel that offers more food options. However, there is food nearby you'll need a taxi. Overall, I enjoyed my stay outside of the restaurant."

"The rooms are great and very spacious, the pool is so cute , breakfast is good . Reception staff Carla was very helpful and adorable but another lady we met the next day was not as friendly and definitely glad we got greeted by Carla and not that lady . Just know that the beach is full of seaweed and hard to even get into the water and the odor makes it hard to stay . We drove to the Dutch side for better beaches but still loved the hotel . Cleaning staff was always sweet and did an amazing job...
