The toilet seat was dirty and it was apparent. The bed sheets had stains. We told him and he indicated that they did not have much availability. We told him to contact a manager and he did. "Hotel overall was very good. Not perfect (it’s not the Ritz Carlton), some blemishes here and there. We were in the Marina Building. Perfect location to beach and pool. My only real complaint would be the staff is incredibly unfriendly. Almost everyone. Every house keeper we walked by seemed miserable, and maybe it’s because they were. "The only thing that threw me off is there was no beach access. Nice, beautiful property that was the only downfall no access to the beach from the property beachfront."

"Julie was extremely kind and helpful. She had suggestions of places to stay and see. We had a bit of an issue with our room on one of the nights and she took the time to show us other rooms and place us elsewhere in the vicinity, which felt above and beyond! All the rooms are gorgeous and feel like luxury."
