the tech staff were so attentive- i had small issue with connection in my room - they were at room in 5 mins and fixed it

Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. "Surprised from quality of the hotel and room for the cheap price we paid! Located 20min drive from the airport, the resort is embedded in an outdoor mall that highly resembles a south European city (France/Italy). We received a free room upgrade that granted us a VERY huge apartment, better than a real house!
