"We stayed here a second time out of convenience. We booked the wrong size bed so we were offered a room with a double (queen size) bed. The upgrade was a little pricey on top of what we already paid. The Dolphin Suite had plenty of space for two adults. It may even fit a family with one or two small children comfortably. Close to Paddington Station. Good places to eat within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast served was traditional English Breafast options. "

"This stately older hotel was located in a quiet, yet active area. Close to trains, subway, buses made the hotel accessible to everything. Several nearby parks for walking and relaxing, including St. James Park and Hyde Park. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Rooms are European small but workable with excellent newer bathrooms. "Quietest hotel ever. Concierge lacked any knowledge of the area. Offered no useable advice. Rest of staff went the extra mile. Cleaning staff actually pushed us out of the way to help with our bags.
