The only thing which works for this property is its location. Make a booking if your office is across the street or within 5 minutes walk. Otherwise, its not a very comfortable place to come back after a tiring day and rest.

Max Stays was an excellent location. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The service was excellent. Specifically, Lovely took care of all of our needs and requests personally. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our accommodations. I would recommend Max Stays to anyone wanting to stay in the Eastwood area. I will return next time I am in Manila.

It was a pleasant stay.

It was a pleasant stay. Clean and organized room, 24*7 room service, care taker Lovely was very helpful and kept the room clean with her fine Towel art which make room more pleasant to stay. All facilities were available in the room only which make stay more better. Thanks Lovely

This is more than a hotel can give you. Lovely who is the contact person is very accommodating and you can call her anytime. Also amenities is very good and rooms are new, you have a kitchen and a washing machine. Best of all is the WIFI connection, there is a dedicated WIFI per each room so you have a FAST internet in your room, they are utilizing CONVERGE provider which is know for the fast internet.

Comfortable stay in Eastwood.

A great service apartment in the Eastwood area. Was personally served by Lovely who helped to bring me to the apartment and explained the facilties. Pros Clean room, great for a week stay with washing machine and cooking utilities. Great location in Eastwood city Cons Lack of power.plugs, just need to request from them though. No study table.

The room was clean and organize. The pillows and bed were comfortable. We love the guitar it adds a little touch of character in the room. Rissy is very helpful, kind and polite. We would love to go back here and recommend it to our friends.

Small room. No body mirror, only mirror is in the bathroom with poor lighting. No restaurant in the building. Address hard to find for 1st timer, even Uber and Grab because building has no name.
