"not a good experience"

"It was a great experience and wonderful interior ambience of the hotel and room. Nice and safe place to stay with a lot of food kiosk to choose from. Highly recommended for families and friends."

"Each room is like a small apartment."

"We enjoyed our stay. Aside from that, the hotel’s location is very accessible since it is truly in the center."

"Feedback has been noted and reported to owner about cleanliness, restroom, loud ac but working great, space in cabinet and other stuff. Hopefully it will be acted upon with the caretaker as the resort itself is nice and could use some renovation in the room. but I do appreciate how communicative the owner is and appreciative of the feedback. At the end of the day this is still a short term stay condotel"

"The hotel itself was nice.It hads a lot of restaurants nearby , but the negative point was the traffic nearby the hotel was terrible. Then again , so does everywhere else in Makarti and Manila. However if you had a lot of time and on vacation , this hotel should be a good choice for you and family. "

The studio apartment was absolutely magnificent—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully set up to feel exactly like a home away from home. What stood out during...

"If your traveling with suitcases it's not going to be easy to get it the property. Very difficult to locate correct entrance with ramp( several to climb ) Otherwise once you're in it's amazing location and apartment is great. I wouldn't bother with free breakfast if your coming from West."

"Love the place! Close to everything but still pretty quiet in the room."
