Need Improvement.

Dream World hotel need major renovation/ facelift. Staff are friendly and courteous. I enjoy staying here because of the staff although the rooms need major improvement, to include AC units.

We stayed for 7 days and the whole experience at the hotel was good. The hotel is very close to shopping malls and other convenient locations. The staff are very friendly and the price is very affordable. However the shower was not working during our stay, and the room looks quite ordinary. I hope they can improve the overall appearance of the room. On the positive note, all the staff from the front desk, dining, house keeping, security were very accommodating and helpful.

The hotel is accessible but some areas are not good..toilet and shower tub and sink are clogged..the night manager last last July 29 was not corteous..l arrived at the hotel and no help to bring my luggages in.. the night manager was there just standing like a statue..no welcome greeting..the breakfast buffet was not that good..

The mattress was old and broken, the bedsheets were old, thin with holes. The toilet seat was broken. Cheap hotel! I thought the description online were true but they're not! The rooms look like a motel, with workers painting the hallways. I took this hotel bec the pictures and name were nice, and a stone's throw away from my appointments...but not just sub par but very cheap. This is 0 star.

The bathroom was crawling with roaches and the AC can't even cool up the room. Definitely something I would NOT recommend especially for foreigners.

Yesterday was my restday to work, so i decided to unwind, relax and book a staycation in Hotel Dreamworld at North Edsa via Expedia App. I've got Suite 2 room on its very lowest and very affordable price. The room was very nice. Clean, classy, and elegant because of their royal blue theme. They have bathtub, fast and reliable wifi connection, they offer us a free breakfast, free parking when you have reservation. Plus, staffs are so accomodating, friendly, and kind. If you're looking for affordable hotel to stay, i suggest you to book at Hotel Dreamworld. Very accessible. It's near SM North and Trinoma, so you can stroll and go around.

Very frustrating stay

We stayed for 3nights..First day, no water at all, after few mins flood water came, very very unhygienic...I booked a suite room with aircon not working on the 2nd day, as they said that the AC was full of ice. We have to transfer room, very inconvenient..Overall, not a good hotel, I rate as 0 star.

Muy decepcionante

La habitación con la ducha rota, aire acondicionado ruidoso y poco eficiente, ni una triste ventana. Muy decepcionante. Estuvimos antes de la pandemia y se ha deteriorado muchísimo. Nos cambiamos de hotel y perdimos el importe de la reserva. No pasamos allí ni una noche.

Great Staff

I stayed in the Suite 2- supposed to be the best room but the rooms were “run-down” and need renovation and upgrade. All staff were friendly and courteous and that is important to me.
