We booked a VIP Room at Astrotel Monumento via Expedia App and I'm so happy kasi no hassle at all, they just check and confirm my reservation and we're good to go. We enjoy our stay at Astrotel, their Themed Room is amazing! Especially the Iron Man Room where we stay, it's huge, neatly cleaned and quiet even we're along the road. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

A Love Hotel with Quirky tgemed-rooms.

The management should tell the desk staff they are doing overnight stays for singles or couples. I thought I was getting a quirky, space themed hotel, that was not the case. There is space-room, but all the rooms have themes. Mine was a Playboy Magazine themed room. It turns out, this is an hourly (or more) rate hotel, also known as a Love Hotel.

Unqualified facilities for Quarantine

Not advisable for quarantine facilities...I cant ask the front desk for assistance...there is no ring tone..I call the manager unattended...There is no wifi connection..Quarantine person is not advisable to go outside that is the protocol...This hotel is so terrible to be Qualified as a quarantine facilities...

They gave us a room wherein the AC is next to its toilet. Then we transferred to Room 500 and the smell of the toilet is terrible. We where advised the first time that they don't have WiFi yet after a few minutes they gave the WiFi password.

Good place to stay for a night

We enjoy the night staying the room its clean, peaceful and nice ambiance. Its really worth it for the price you pay but kindly dont expect too much. Hotel personnel are all friendly. Will sure book for more soon.

I was so shocked when i get in to this place. Room is not smoke free. There just using airfreshener to remove the smoke smell. Linens are dark and dirty. You will not feel secure when you are there. In the middle of the night someone is trying to open the room door and when you caught them they will tell you that that they taught it was vacant! Room ventilation is bad. Not suggested.

Terrible service...the light in the bathroom didnt work..rang twice to get it fixed..ended up showering using phone light...toilet wouldnt flush. They fixed it but it broke after the first flush. Place is dirty...

Von einem Hotel kann hier keine Rede sein, da es sich hierbei um ein Stunden-Motel für Sex handelt. Das Motel ist alt, Klimagerät und Innenausstattung sind beschädigt, die Ausstattung ist unsauber und verdreckt. Für Asiaten, die fernab von der Familie mal einige private Stunden verbringen möchten, ist es wohl geeignet, da es ein großes, komfortables Bett, Spiegel an allen Wänden, Sex-Channels im TV und eine Tantra-Sex-Pritsche gibt. Als Zimmer für eine mehrnächtige Bleibe aber völlig ungeeignet. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, keine Kleiderbügel, keinen Kühlschrank, keinen Fön, kein Bügeleisen. Es ist sehr laut Nachts. Und es gibt natürlich Kakerlaken im Bad. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Expedia sollte hier mehr Informationen über die Hotels einholen, die es anbietet, um Enttäuschungen zu vermeiden.

Hotel is a place where prostitution is rampant.

Prostitution was rampant in area. Sheets were dark and dirty. Cleanliness was above dirty. It was unsanitary. Pubic hair was all over bathroom. I only stayed one night and i got a different hotel. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I stayed one night since I didnt have a choice it was 2am in the morning when i checked in. It look liked someone was using the room minutes before we got there. YUCK...
