"Staff radios are noisy even at night. They should have headsets. Staffs are singing out loud at dawn which may disturb sleeping guest.
Elevator needs permanent repair. It is multinational most of the time."
"We stayed overnight in this hotel while waiting for our flight back to Boston the next morning. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Their beds were the best I've slept in for a while and were very cozy. The location to BGC was just across the street and my family and I were able to walk to the mall, shopping stores, and had dinner at one of the nice restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place."

The only thing I wish the hotel had an Automatic teller to withdraw money inside the hotel as convenience for guests so not have to do outside but all in all excellent hotel with all amenities would strongly recommend "
