"Ubicación perfecta, y todo limpio"

"Great place to stay and so close to Times Square. Rooms were a good size and facilities great!"

"Good"

"I was told during check in that there wouldn’t be hot water for the first two hours. I checked in at 4, had an event at 7. So you can imagine the inconvenience this caused. Bathroom was dirty, stains everywhere. Then I was on the first floor, went to the staff (lady with a mask, older) she was extremely rude. All I wanted to ask was if there was a restroom I can use so I don’t have to go to the 26th floor. And she goes “I’m not ready for you”. I waited till she was done and then asked. No regard...

Tiny room, my suitcase had to wheel sidewise to fit through the room. Decent location though, 10 minute walk to Times Square, 10 minute walk to Madison square garden. Not really worth the price though, and there wasn’t an iron that I needed (rip). Overall it was okay. Added fees after though (literally an extra $650...

"Ok"

"Very great location and surrounded by restaurant and attractions."
