"Staff reached out early to ask about my arrival time. Room was clean and ready upon arrival. Staff were very helpful, all of the food from the restaurants in the hotel was very tasty. View from the rooftop was beautiful. Would stay again."

"Loved the location, the staff, the quality of food at their restaurant."

"A nice, luxury-feel stay, close to all the things we wanted to see. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a view of the sea and the castle, which was a nice little plus. It’s close to lots of neighborhood cafes and a supermarket. We have already decided to stay here again when we return to Palma. The shower is very slippery, so I recommend bringing flipflops/sandals for that use. ;)"

"Lovely property and super close to the beach! We also enjoyed the pool"

"Nice stay in a beautiful setting but expensive for stay overall."

"Excellent staff and very comfortable stay."

"I had a wonderful stay! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The spa area is small but very practical, and the pool area was fantastic. My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with plenty of room to relax. I also loved the great view from my balcony. Overall, a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere!"

"Wonderful"

"The property and staff were wonderful"

"We stayed here for the last two nights of our trip to be closer to the airport and it was surprisingly pleasant. I only say that because a lot of the reviews made me a little skeptical but it was a nice stay. It is an outdated hotel but they keep it nice and clean. They upgraded us to a 3 bed room which was a bit more spacious + a balcony with a sea view and it was lovely! The water pressure was f a n t a s t i c."

"We had an amazing stay at Alcázar. The room was beautiful, breakfast excellent, and the staff was truly professional and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!"
