"es ist sehr hellhörig da die Türen sehr laut sind beim Öffnen und Schließen und man das durch den ganzen Gang hört"

"This hotel was horrible and such a disappointment for a 4 star. Upon arrival the staff failed to tell us their indoor pool overflowed, we had no hot water, our room smelled like sewage, and they never offered a credit. Would not recommend this spot. It felt like we were in the Dominican."

"Great location, 5 mins walk to the cathedral, close to lovely bars, restaurants, shops and the marina. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean and lovely little roof terrace with view of the cathedral. Would definitely stay here again."

"Sehr empfehlenswert! Alles top: Sehr saubere Zimmer, ein leckeres und gutes Frühstück sowie eine fantastische Lage. Ein großes Lob auch an das sehr freundliche Personal. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!"

"Der Spa Bereich war sehr schön gestaltet und sauber. Der pool war sauber und schön. Das Zimmer schön sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück abwechslungsreiches Buffet immer frische waren. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich."

"Rooms had a great view. Room very clean"

"Well appointed hotel and rooms. Staff were helpful when approached. Felt safe as two female travelers as it's a good upscale location with plenty of foot traffic. We tried the SkyBar which has amazing views! We tried the breakfast buffet on our last day and it was excellent. Would recommend this location as it's so easy to get to the Seu (Church), Harbourfront, tons of outdoor restaurants on Born Ave, and not too far of a walk to the train and bus station."

"Zimmer wurde nicht jeden Tag geputzt"

"Wonderful hotel at the end of the bay, a short walk to the beach. Can eat and drink outside by the waterside. Second visit and will hopefully return again soon."

"Es war alles top gerne wieder"

"Gutes zentral gelegenes Hotel mit guter Anbindung."

"The first thing I have to say is OMG the air conditioning!! We were there during an insanely hot season and as soon as we walked into the room I was in heaven. We stayed at a few different hotels in other cities and the AC was definitely not up to American standards, as is the case in most of Europe. This place had literally the best air conditioning of any hotel in Europe I have ever stayed. Bravo!!"
