マラッカではリーズナブルなホテルです

室内のライティングがとても気に入りました。ロケーションも周囲は静かですがコンビニやランドリーが近くにあって便利でした。道を挟んで隣の骨肉茶専門店はとても美味しいと感じました。市内中心部からはちょっと離れていますがオランダ広場などは十分歩ける距離です。このホテルには2回泊まりましたが、世界遺産の街とマラッカの夕陽を見る事ができました。廊下のゴミと５階の部屋では広間になっている6階の音が気になりました。

部屋のライティングが最高

マラッカには観光目的では無かったのですがオランダ広場も徒歩圏にありマラッカ海峡に沈む夕陽も見れたしロケーションとしては申し分ないと思います。ホテルもコスパが高いと思います。部屋のライティングがとても気に入りました。２回目のマラッカも同じこのホテルにしました。

The room was simple but very spacious and it comes with free bottled water, small fridge and a hair drier. It is near the centre of the city which is convenient. The toiletries provide only body wash, shampoo and shower cap. No tooth brush or toothpaste provided. The toilet is quite clean, the dustbin will be cleared everyday. However the floor carpet was not cleaned everyday. The front desk left with one staff at night, hence it might take sometimes if there is a lot of check in. The adapter can only be purchased if you need one.

The cleanliness of the room really need to improve, the pillow in the wardrobe, the mat in bathroom, the cups & stirrers like used before. The desk is dirty.

just like really old hotel

The staff not really friendly and floor at room is oily. Interior design of hotel not really good just like old one.At first u enter the room, you feel like ‘urghhh’. the room price, u can get better room or place to stay.

The hotel is very convenience and in central city areas. The stay is comfortable and happy with the staff that receive us welcoming at the reception counter. Shopping is very convenience as the shopping center is near by.

Good for family of 3 to 4

Location is ok. There is no wifi coverage for my room and I ended up with some data roaming charges . Insulation is poor as can hear tourist groups coming in late and leaving very early, can't rest well due to these noises. Room is quite spacious but no writing table to work on. Breakfast provided is marginally pass, as selection is not great.

Reservation was done online and confirmation by HOTEL.COM. Upon checking in, hotel did not have my reservation. I have to pay for my stay. HOTEL.COM need to refund my booking.

Very limited car park in hotel area. Need to park car far from hotel behind other building. Incovenience during night after dinner and see sighting feel unsafe to park and walked back to hotel. Room no 351 with problem AC not comfort at all. LCD TV with bad service. Kid's pool very dirty no water circulation and bad odor.

Getting from bad to worst

Becoming more of a budget hotel for Chinese travellers in transit maybe. No proper maintanence of hotel. Room is not clean. This is as worst as it gets for me. Won't book again.
