When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn't contact anyone. No one answered the phone and I waited a long time before the call was returned. When I got in, I found that the sheets and bath towels in the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper, the shower head in the bathroom was about to fall off, and the toilet was also dirty. I won't live in this room anymore.

Could have been better

Hotel is nice as it's just new building. 2 bedroom with queen bed. Nice view regardless u choose pool or sea view Hotel cleaner don't really clean room well. The culinary stuff just wash and kept in cabinets while it's still wet. Trust me it's gross. Noted that this is individual property that they rented out and thrive to serve the best to customer. However next time I would go to faithview, basically same hotel but it's under management and get proper check in check out, breakfast . Standard hotel service. And even cheaper.
