"Check in was easy. Staff were courteous. The room was lovely and clean so was the bathroom. The pub is just across the car park where food is served. In the room there were menu’s so you could pre order your food. The TV was nice and big and the Wi-Fi is free. Tea and coffee available in the room. Bed was big and very comfy. What more could you ask for really. Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone in the area looking for somewhere to stay. "

"Quiet room (separate to pub) with comfortable beds. We dont like full, hot breakfasts so it was nice not to have to pay for it. The cereal/fruit /toast/ pastries were ideal for us. The food in the pub was nice, probably not worth the price but that's fine as a one-off. The pub was attractive and cosy. All staff were lovely and very helpful. "We arrived late at night after leaving a hotel 15 minutes away that turned out to be dreadful. We felt so welcome here - the kindest, most welcoming people, and very cosy, spotless, pretty rooms, with welcome baskets of much-appreciated snacks. Very comfy, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we needed. We will definitely stay again on our trips to visit family locally."
