"Noisy with train lines"

"Clean, comfortable, and close to train station!"

"We reserved this hotel last minute as we were leaving for Rome early and it was close to the train station. The staff was great but we were given a room in another building that was much older. The room was very spacious but old; the shower fixture fell off as did the lighting switch fixture. The beds and pillows were hard, so we did not really sleep well. On the positive side, there was a great ramen restaurant right nearby. Maybe with a bit of work, the room could be quite comfortable."

"Very helpful staff. Breakfast is free and was ok. On the day we checked out it was way too crowded due to a tour bus. The room was quite small, but clean and the shower was good. Had a balcony - a nice touch. The tv turned on but had no signal and could not be used. I did not attempt to talk to staff about it - perhaps it could have been fixed but it was not that important to me. The location is good as you are near the more interesting parts of Mestre. The kindness of the staff was the main highlight."

"You can’t ask for a better location when traveling into Venice , bus stop 20 seconds outside the hotel for 15min trip into Venice and 25 min trip to airport. Clean nice and tidy However we had poor sleep as the windows do not open and are blocked with a shutter (clearly for safety policy) but restricts the airflow , the aircon is not strong enough and my partner had to get up multiple times in the night to try and cool down in the bathroom (which didn’t really work). We saw other reviews about the hotel being unable to provide a fan so we didn’t bother These hotel would be a 5/5 if the airflow and temp was sorted"
