"Very cute/ hip hotel, staff was lovely, very clean grounds and rooms, even a ring light to post your stories;) the pool and beach were great and lava lava lounge is the best!!"

"They said check in was 4 no earlier which was fine but they were unorganized and didn’t get us checked in till after 4. By the time we got to the room, we got in and realized the toilet barely worked and the shower Drain was completely clogged. So the water didn’t drain properly and created a pool at your feet I booked a two bed room I was traveling with two other adults and they only had one bed in the room and refused to rectify it and fix their mistake. They then blamed it on Expedia and...

"Good attitude"

"Loved this resort for the scenic views. Breakfast is delicious at their restaurant and grab and go coffee with pastries are very good. Clean rooms."

"The staff were very nice. Service was great. Food at the restaurant and club lounge was great. Room was very nice and modern. The pool area, however, was not in great shape. Bathrooms were closed, bar was closed and an area was roped off due to “falling debris”. These areas were in a state of disrepair. They were never a problem, just not expected for what we paid. The fire alarm went off at 4am, supposedly set off by the broken...

"Great, central location. Smooth check-in process. Clean, well-maintained property."

I was never given an email with the owners information. I asked the front desk and they said I should’ve received an email but I did not. The room needed to be painted and the bathroom shower faucet kept dripping. The doors covering the sliding doors would not open fully so my view of the mountain was blocked. There was only one...

"We got partial beach view room but paid for beach view room."
