Overall lovely stay

The hotel is new, location wise amazing views of Lumphini park. Also it’s next to One Bangkok so it’s convenient. Breakfast was very good with wide variety. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, every detail, from the warm ambience and elegant decor to the exceptional staff - reflects true world-class hospitality. A special thank you to team members like Nana at breakfast and the lovely lady who greeted us upon arrival (I wish I remembered her name). Every interaction was kind and genuine. One standout feature was the thoughtfully designed separate women’s and men’s sauna and whirlpool area, which includes a serene Himalayan salt room with heated day beds and even a tiny rinse dryer for wet swimwear—every detail has clearly been considered for guest comfort. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay.

I think the hotel itself is a high-end one. I was not lucky enough to be given a room which had problems with air conditioning and the door to the balcony was broken. The life was installed with detectable buttons but the same lift was not functioning However, the staff members were helpful and enthusiastic in giving help.

Top notch stay in Bangkok, very impressed. Everything from the room, to the the staff, to the breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!
