"Rooms look different then the pictures. Shampoo dispenser broken in the bathroom and used utensils outside the room door. Queen bed hotel rooms are on the bottom floor and feels like a basement."

"Our overall experience was wonderful. We have thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean but noticed the storage space was minimal. Bathroom was noisy. Room service was available upon request and they are very responsive. Parking was convenient and safe. ..."
