"I arrived from LAX and my flight was delayed so 18 hours of travel. I was exhausted and miserable when I arrived. The lovely lady behind the desk offered sympathy and a clean room a bit early. "The staff were very helpful. I deliberately avoided booking a windowless room but I need up in a basement room which was marginally better. Unfortunately, the hotel had an issue with hot water in the morning, which resulted in me having to delay leaving the hotel until it was sorted."
