"We couldn’t get an iron & ironing board at the hotel. It’s crazy that they’re not equipped to deal with what is a pretty basic requirement for guests. The cleaner turned up to do our room at 5.15pm, again crazy that it would take that long for cleaning services to get round the rooms and even worse ..."
