The reason I gave cleanliness lower points was our bathroom could have used a deep cleaning in all the crevices as it smelled like urine, which made the room smell questionable. "

"The hotel is good but not the 9.6 advertised on hotels.com. Our sliding toilet door was missing so privacy was an issue. The electric curtains were not connected properly and the television was glitching. Staff were very nice and location was good. This is a 7 out of 10 for me. It felt a bit tired. "
