The only thing we would recommend is getting an ac unit for the living room, because when JA is hot AND humid, oh me oh my. We are planning to go back soon and we definitely will be staying there again if it's available. "

"The owner Suzanne is very personable & welcoming. She lives on the property & the apt is at the lower level with an independent entrance. The space is nicely done & a practical kitchen, & seating area. She had some supplies in the kitchen which were very thoughtful -esp if you are on the road eg milk, cereal, sugar, salt etc The grounds are quite lovely - a nice garden with flowers, ferns, Orchids & tropical fruit trees, You are free to walk around & help yourself to fruit if u want to. "Here we go. As soon as I enterrd the the gate, Mr Carlos, the security officer greeted me like a bro, Ms Mermaid arranged my staycation and fixed some problems of my online reservation. Ms G. works hard to keep everything nice and clean. She even walked me to the JUTC center just in case I get lost. Good location, with beautiful pool in the yard.
